Shipping Policy

The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us.

• Cash on Delivery is available in selected pin codes within India and the order value cap is ₹15,000.

• Please note there are ₹100 additional charges for Cash on Delivery payment orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you

Delivery

The product will be delivered in 15-20 days depending on the outfit ordered. For urgent deliveries/queries, please contact us directly. Please note that deliveries can be affected in case we do not receive any of the below information on time:

1. Complete payment is not received
2. Incorrect/inaccurate address details
3. Measurements
4. No response from the customer

Please note that we try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you within time. In order to fasten our process, we have tied up with several third party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, in case of delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility.

Post-Purchase Service offered:

We are happy to extend complimentary alteration services up to 90 days from the date of purchase. This complimentary service is only available for basic alterations. Other alterations requests are available upon reviewing the outfit and may incur a charge.
